1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you andScamify ("Scamify", "we", "us"). By accessing or using scamify.app or any related products and services (the "Services") you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
3. The Services
Scamify provides tools to help identify and reduce exposure to scams, including AI-assisted message analysis, call/SMS protection guidance and a community-driven scam database. The Services are informational and decision support tools — they are not a guarantee against fraud or financial loss.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services to engage in unlawful activity.
- Do not submit malware, phishing payloads or content you do not have the right to share.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or circumvent the Services.
- Do not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
5. Community reports
When you submit a scam report, you grant Scamify a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, store, reproduce and create derivative works of the content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services (including aggregated, anonymized community data).
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. SCAMIFY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL DETECT EVERY SCAM OR BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCAMIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scamify, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
10. Changes
We may change these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
